Love Poem: A 'Love' Comet Tale

A 'Love' Comet Tale

In the dimming dawn of pulsar uncertainty,
asteroidal tear projections of past launch failures
boosted the fear of rejection
It made you afraid of me ... and my shy Virgo intentions

Understandably,
when you’re in a cloudy sigh free-fall,
it’s so hard to see
the many aorta constellations yearning

Haley,
for too long those Ripley heartaches
put you in cryo sleep —
Suspended dream animation,
so sadly,
suspended your belief
In finding a precious Saturn Ring love

Pleiades fate
saw you drifting in the void
Meteorite showers were falling
in a pillow black hole ~ The wrong side for a pained Gemini soul

Tossed to and fro
by solar fierce solo wind,
you fell deep
into a lonely heart wail ...
Pulsating ache singularity

Then, at the tragic Love’s end
of this comet tale,
you reached out to me
With a frantic, last rescue gasp,
you asked:
“Why are the guiding stars rotating wrong ...
Has the spinster dark event horizon
captured my desperate plea?”

Tenderly beholding her escape pod of doubt,
I gently open-hatch said:
“True love has an Orion strong grav pull,
it makes a romantic Comet tale blaze bright —
Let’s take an Alpha Centauri journey to love flight”

Earthly felt mind-meld bells did Saturn Ring
on the third orbital date with destiny
Binary bosom thoughts a-slowly b-coalescing

Haley,
your eyes now flash with aurora joy,
catching the passion sparks
comet tarry falling ...
Ever so glow lovingly

In the bright twilight of quasar possibilities
