A Mother's love is so delicious,
Utterly delicate and sweet!
There on a summer's eve to cool,
or winter's night, may warm your feet!
A Mother's love goes to bat for you,
no matter what!
She doesn't think of any dangers of
which, she might be brought!
A Mother's love seems to have, for
you, especially, no time limit!
She seems never to tire, as long as
there is some good for you, in it!
Many of our Mothers, sadly, have ever
been long since gone.
But in the stillness of any starlit night,listen.
You can still her singing her soft, lullaby song!
