An Ode To Hyades
Silhouetted my love stood,
With scant disdain to melting drops,
A smile touched her cherubic face,
When Zephyr touched her silky locks,
That kissed her misty eyes.
Up she raised her face,
And drank in the wine of love,
That Hyades had poured into her quivering lips,
Quenching every corner of her heart with love.
Tilting her head softly,
She turned with her doe like eyes,
As if beckoning me,
While she slowly glided nymph like
Into the cloudy drizzle.
