She loves the great outdoors
To feel the grass under her feet
She picks flowers in her garden
And she doesn’t eat meat
Some times she’ll get in her car
And just drive away
She has no destination
She is just going to enjoy the day
She is quite a lady
One of the best I have seen
And when I ask her name
She just says Anita cathrine
She freeze blueberries in the summer
And blend them all winter long
And she will still have some
When next summer comes around
She likes to write poems
Words so touching you can feel
She’s got blond with blue eyes
A beauty that is so unreal
Blueberry, lime and strawberry
Her favorite ice cream
Just enjoying life around her
That’s my friend Anita cathrine
She love red cherries
Have two trees in her garden
With apple, plums and flowers
It’s her little garden of Eden
She likes to sing and dance
A wonderful sight to see
But if she see you coming
She runs and hides quickly
She has a love for nature
And its natural beauty
And the pictures she takes
She sends some for me
And right outside her front door
Blueberries grows for miles
She loves to pick them
And flashes one her famous smiles
And if you look at her
You will swear she a beauty queen
And if you ever ask her
She will say I am just Anita cathrine
From the city of Oslo
To the hills of Josterdalsbreen
If you see a beautiful Norwegian girl
That’s my friend Anita cathrine
I can go on writing forever
Just to describe her
But time to end this poem
To save my pen and paper
