Anyone Who Had a Heart
She found a love she thought was true,
A love that was her every dream
But love's a tango just for two,
And one heart does not make a team
The look of love was in her eyes
"Anyone who had a heart" could see,
But a broken heart was her consolation prize
A captive of love, not yet free
He'd found another to fill with his charms
But to him alone her heart was drawn,
Wishing it was her he held in his arms
She hung on to a love which was long gone
Anyone could see she loved him from the start
That is, "anyone who had a heart"
