Approach
It's easy to say I love you,
It's easy to talk about what you've gone through,
I value what's said, don't get me wrong,
But your actions must match your dance and your song,
The heart of the issue could be said a thousand times,
But it is what you are doing that can really change people's lives,
Sharing is beautiful and those words matter so much,
But they can only go so far without showing the love,
And if you don't take the time to hear how will you know,
What to give or what to show,
It always starts out with sharing and words,
Than the real test is what you do with what you've heard,
When you turn your head, It shows you don't care,
So than why would that person still want to share,
They will question your intentions until you prove,
They will watch what you say and what you do,
That type of cautiousness seems to be wise,
But than what if that person doesn't know how inside,
They don't know how to approach,
Than we must example the giving to show,
We stay, we give, in hopes they'll see,
How much that love really means,
With patience and perseverance we help each other grow,
To further their heart's towards the love we know
