Around His Happy
She bent her light around his happy
A symphonic complicency
Illuminating their velocity
He radiated her in semicircular lines
She his rainbow in a night sky
Uncontainable so he let her fly
He flew with her for a time
His notes traveling along her breeze
Harmonizing within those upper keys
He marveled at her lovely
Grasped at the edges of her infinity
Felt blessed by her fluidity
Yet her light travels to fast
His to hold only for a time
Eventually light travels a straight line
The essence of her in moon lit sky
With angel wings she makes her flight
Around his happy she bent her light
Dedicated to Bernard Colasurdo after rereading
the poem he wrote for his wife titled "A Love Letter"
