Be Honest

Past lives that were built on hate and jealousy are now filled with love and
passion.
Yet we restrain ourselves from acting on impulse because recklessness leads
to danger.
Submission and suppression of emotions will surface sooner rather than later.
One day your partner becomes tired of just burying the truth.
This can not be kept a secret any longer.
You process the advances as an act of anger, but your friend sees it as a way to
unburden his heart.
The opportunity was too good to pass up.
You reject his moves but his unyielding desire to break you down prevails.
He says, he is tired of you being in charge of the mind, body, and heart that he
possesses.
It is now your turn to feel helpless and unsure of what to do next.
Feeling the mate's twisted motive and control over you to be too overwhelming,
you give up.
You realize all he wanted was a vulnerable shell to manipulate.
Vexed as being used as a powerless puppet you cry out in frustration.
Yet deep down you know you can't live without him and your cohort can't live
without you.
You tell him you belong to me, no matter what happens there is too much history
to just walk away.
You acknowledge your friend brings out your hate, your love, your sadness, and
your happiness.
No matter how distorted your love appears to others, it is the real thing.
You can't change what has transpired but the two of you can finally begin to be
honest.
