Bitterness of Life
Bitterness of Life
Birth brings delight at home
Death saddens hearts, yet both are parts of life
Human creatures walk, slip and move on
Today you cry but tomorrow you laugh
For sickness damages health and breaks pockets
As good health will allow you to rejoice.
With rain, plants celebrate; but without it, they mourn
When you are in love, life is sweet
When love dies off, you sweat red
Life always changes; it has ups and downs
Valleys, hills, swamps and mountains are obvious
But this is like the verses in these stanzas
Some are longer than others.
