Booking the Word
We swim in oceans of the word, voices felt and echoes heard
Sometimes with a baneful blurred within the silence slurred
When the heavens parentally pour, words of love start to soar
Reaching hearts to the core, waiting to set sail before the shore
Only our words will penetrate, building worlds as they create
Enchanting eyes as they dilate lifting sorrows for they elevate
Like a hammer they can fall, banging bottom they shall crawl
And as they carry a heavy hall, they spread and sadly sprawl
For my words will live forever and the solitudes they will sever
Thru my love, they will endeavor and land on your lips wherever
I am a man of my wholesome word, never shaken never stirred
My words of love transferred, along the harmonious hummingbird.
