His son queried "Daddy why do white people treat colored people so bad"
having the right answers was stirring in his heart
motivating him to do his part

trying not to picture those ominous clouds of inferiority
forming in his daughter's mental sky
as he told her she could not go to the park
she asked the question
Daddy Why
this is what he heard as he marched for the cause
of Peace and Brotherhood
Dr. King was cognizant of what he knew as the interelatedness
of communities everywhere
living in the solution was his plan
allowing himself to be oppressed
would have only caused him to feel less than a man
we are all created by the same
HEAVENLY FATHER up above
masterfully done so with HIS undying love
