The enemy lay and wait both day
and night to destroy our im-
mortal soul, most gracious Lord
please hear this prayer and deliver
us oh my soul. Lord I am your ser-
vant what I must do is think deeply
upon the works of your hand. The
Lord's love is omniscient, gracious,
and pure, it saves the soul of mere
mortal man.
