FIRE AND WATER

Above ground, twenty thousand feet
The taste of love came bittersweet
When silver wings faded at night
Heaven and earth fell at first sight

The fiery flame was tamed for first
It's like water has quenched its thirst
The wounded heart with swollen scars
Was roused by beam of thousand stars

A beauty with a charm unmatched
The iron heart came deeply touched
Forbidden love at sight was born
A childhood pledge was gravely torn

The charming grace was also struck
Blame it to the mischief of luck
And like water in frost of snow
The fire gave the heat to flow

From meet and greet to night time love
A dance under the stars above
And at the light of shining morn
Two loving hearts were bound and sworn

But test of time was fiery fierce
It was like rain of countless spears
The childhood pledge just could not die
From where the reins of power lie

The fierce fire was forced to ride
With threats of thunder by his side
A childhood pledge was forced fulfilled
But his heart looked on distant field

There, the fruit of love was brewing
And gust of true love was spewing
But the threat of thunder was true
His heart was caught in red and blue

And so for his sweet seed to live
He thought he had a life to give
Just when the fruit of love was born
The breath that gave its life was torn

But thoughts of him lived forever
In her heart, they're like together
And as the hands of time went through
She wore his ring of love that's true
