For Your Future
I let me offer you some advice for you.
Do the things we didn't.
Take her to the carnival, where you two will ride everything together. Where you'll kiss atop the ferris wheel. Where she'll hold your hand when she's scared. Where you'll win her a stuffed animal that she'll cherish forever. Where you'll sit on a bench and enjoy cotton candy together. Where you two will ride the rollercoaster of love.
Take her to the beach during the warm weather. Where she'll splash you with water. Where your lips will connect with hers under the surface. Where you'll walk along the sand with her locked under your arm, gazing at the sunset. Where you'll lay out a blanket against a rock and enjoy your time with her for hours. Where you'll dive deeper in love.
Kiss her in the rain. Where you'll give her the opportunity to have your sweatshirt. Where her hair will fall over her face and makeup will run but you'll still say she's beautiful. Where you won't be able to tell if the rain or her pale, shivering lips are more touching. Where the downpour will have you two deeper in love.
For your anniversary, take her out somewhere special. Always being at home watching movies or playing in a virtual reality should be changed for a night. Admire her beauty in that dress you've always liked on her. Take her to a place where you would never want the night to end. Where there will be candles and a gourmet meal for the two of you. Where your heart will skip a beat at all the grace surrounding you between the interior of the building and her as a whole. Where you'll ask her small questions. Where you'll compliment her, and she'll smile. God, that curve will have you deep in love.
Treat her as if she IS your world. Show her you care. Text her out of the blue. Surprise her with flowers. Look into her eyes and when she asks what you're doing, just respond with "appreciating you, my love." Give her what she wishes. She is your princess, make her believe that. Don't make her worry. Don't ask her to change -- accept her for who she is. Don't leave her alone when she is at her worst. Constantly ask her if she's okay. Those few words can instantly change her mood. Let her open up to you without fear. Allow her to get frustrated with you at times. Don't argue with her. Show her off. Be proud she's yours and you're hers. Fall in love with her heart, soul, body, and physical features -- that's the best feeling the two of you could ever ask for.
Do all the things we didn't.
