By my side
through hardship and pain;
you are my
guardian
Angel, the protector of
my eternal soul.
A godsend;
you watch over me
with loving
tenderness,
and bring me hope and comfort
in my times of need.
An Angel;
you gently guide me
to the truth,
patiently;
and never condone a lie
to gain my favor.
I have faith;
I need not pretend
to believe;
The Lord sent
me a guardian Angel;
I'm a believer.
