Heart Talk
Running about with a mission
It's so easy to lose your vision
People needing hope and life
Right in the middle of looming strife
Up down, all around, like pools of water
Reminding myself, I am Daddy God's daughter
LOVE is trying to flow in unbelief
But without faith, even GOD can NOT bring relief
Through a door, and I am met by men
Come, we need you to come with us, once again
Expectations at the floor of need
And me completely depleted of divine seed
I gave consent with submission to flow
Whoever I will meet...........I already KNOW
His face, falling completely in, to grace
Taking it all in, in the sacred, holy place
Each step, purposeful, beautiful, divine
He spoke, and with every word, HE is mine
I'm reminded, He's married, with children
Who am I, I have nothing in me, to give HIM
How can HE encourage me, while LOVING others
Giving expensive shoes to a single, struggling, mother
He touched so many, and with such impact
Moment after moment, arriving, and HE, always exact
But....then.....
He sat on a couch, facing me, knees touching
HE dove into to me, silencing, crushing
.........fear, doubt, and unbelief
Heart to heart we melded into LOVE
HE alone, is who and what I am made of
Words need not be spoken when TRUTH reigns
Up and gone, but HE remains
.........in my assured, settled, abounding in joy
..............HEART
