Hey Momma

Hey momma, please don’t go
You were here just for a while
I need you so
Hey momma, please don’t go
How will I do it without you
I love you so

You were here from the beginning, it was you who kept me safe
And finally, we are friends, and you give up and just escape?
What about me? What about us?
That’s not fair, I hate you, I love you, I always will
Those memories have vanished forever
Even my name ….
What do I do?

Hey momma, please don’t go
You were here just for a while
I need you so
Hey momma, please don’t go
How will I do it without you
I love you so

You loved me before we met
Your blue eyes taught me love
With no regrets
But now all you see is the past, your distant past
Today, you’re my sister, my grandmother
Tomorrow, it’s anyone’s guess

Hey momma, please don’t go
You were here just for a while
I need you so
Hey momma, please don’t go
How will I do it without you
I love you so

I hate this, I hate you
Is there really a God?
It’s not fair, you don’t know me
My God, I die inside
You are slipping away

Hey momma, please don’t go
You were here just for a while
I need you so
Hey momma, please don’t go
How will I do it without you
I love you so

Didn't see the signs
Like the ones on TV
Didn’t look, didn’t care enough, to really see
That this is real
It’s taking you away from me

Hey momma, please don’t go
You were here just for a while
I need you so
Hey momma, please don’t go
How will I do it without you
I love you so

MOMMA?
