His Love
It was a loud silent day
Magically gray and very fair
I took his hand and kissed his lips
In his arms the turning stilled
His warm breath held me captive
Freeing the inner beast in my heart
He circled it with pure joy and pain
My silent screams and endless agony
He felt it within his soul’s body
The tiny ray of light parting the dark cloud
Wrapped me in comfort
Of pretty love and prettier hate
This fear of hope and ice in heat
Only his love and desire can curb
Within his circle of love I live
To die and forever be immortal
