Imagine
“Nurture mindfully seeds of joy we sow ~
For these dear soul, are debts of love we owe”
~ quote by poet
Unless we know who we are,
we will continue to spar,
choosing pathways of conflict,
since heart's not as yet love inked.
Hemmed in by thought, we are bound,
so how may freedom be found?
Let's imagine we are free
and that head and heart agree.
Holding imagination
in the void of cessation,
world of transience disappears
and truth that's real appears.
Imagine light transcendent
as the sun rays immanent
and likewise glow of our soul;
awareness that makes us whole.
Looking beyond body-mind,
our true essence let us find,
here, within our heart centre,
where we feel bliss beats canter.
Imagine we're living light
always doing what is right,
aligned with the throb of love,
as grace in-pours from above.
As we think, so we become,
so distanced from life's humdrum,
imagine God dwells within,
cleansing our soul's darkest sin.
