Just For You
The shroud of night slides from the silken sky,
rise of dawn with crown of gold has begun.
On my olive meadow pearls of dew lie,
dance of yearning starts with shimmer of sun.
Hues of lilac clouds drizzle, flush your face,
in my heart I feel cascade of love flow,
floods you in colors of alluring grace,
like a rose with fervent luster you glow.
The last blue dust the wan moon spreads on me,
from edge of your horizon I then rise.
Chromatic blaze burns the desire you see,
drapes you in lattice of dream at sunrise.
Reclined on the lap of your garden new
I write this silent sonnet just for you.
