Love Poem: Just Thinking

Just Thinking

I need a room of mirrors bright,
To be surrounded by the light,
Of winners gleaming all around,
Their silent wisdom so profound.

I do my crying in the rain,
So heaven’s tears can hide my pain.
For men like us will walk alone,
Satan feared I'd carve my throne.

In this age of looks, I still fall deep,
For vibes that stir me from my sleep.
She doesn't say "I love you" straight,
But calls me "idiot" – now that's my fate.

When she laughs, I know I’m blessed,
Lift her high, let her feel pressed.
Forgive and forget? No, not a chance,
I’ll keep each scar, I’ll keep the dance.

Where I see love, she just sees friend,
But still, I chase it to the end.
Comparison steals joy, they say,
Yet peace and chaos light my way.

Born in a jungle, wild and free,
No cage can hold the beast in me.
Wealth, not fame, I’ll seek and find,
Anonymous, but strong of mind.

Tomorrow, I’ll call Mom and smile,
Dressed in style, I’ll walk the mile.
And if I die, don’t mourn too long—
I’ll go out sharp, where I belong.
