Kindness
Kindness has left the building as it is so rarely to be found
Now behind a gilded cage the one to which we are all bound
Kindness was a breath of fresh air in being so filled with love
Now most of us wouldn't dare in this land of push and shove
Kindness was hallowed in a tear brought about by the heart
Today you very rarely hear what was once man's best part
Kindness has been pushed aside, told that she has no place
For today it is man's own pride that is his biggest disgrace
Kindness will be so missed just as a mothers gentle touch
For at times we have all wished that we'd be given as much
Kindness did not want to leave and had never planned to go
As I feel kindness grieve and sense the pain she must know
Don't allow Her to just go but call Her back into your soul
In everything that you do just let kindness stay in Her role
She will never be a burden for the Lord spoke of Her nature
In a world filled of such wicked men she is the only true cure
2 Corinthians 6:6
By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness,
by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
There She is amongst such GLORY! There, She stands.
