Toss all of your troubles
into the air
Watch the wind carry them away
Meditate for a moment ...
then fall to your knees and pray
Asking for divine help
to abide in the law of love
Arise with only one thought:

Give away some of the many things you have
that are now seldom used
Give them to someone in need
Lessen the burden of your material weight;
become light as a feather,
not bound to a self-centered, carnal state
of mind

when you give to others from the heart
Helping others increases your wealth
You do the works of God when you start
loving your neighbor as yourself
Obey this law,
then many blessings will return to you
And God will give you freely,
the gift of life for all eternity
