Little Love

Hello little love
It’s nice to meet you again
I know you may not remember me
But I buried you
In front of your dove
I hope you know I had to my love
Because your love is blind, little love
You used to show me how to share
Now you show me you don’t even care
Little love, little love
Show me love like you used to
I’m starting to think I’m the only one that wants to
I knock on the wrong doors when I look for love
Because I know I’m meant to be more, than just little love
I am the Gardener, and the gardeneer
I plant and then I wait for my little love to grow
But I didn’t expect love to take this slow
Now I look for my little love, because I think I lost her
Searching for heart in a forbidden foster
But we were never taught about love
Only that we bury it, before it turns into a dove
So, “hi, I’m love, can I show you?
I don’t beg, and I don’t search
I am growing inside the earth
Do you remember me yet little love?
My soul is dry
And my soil is why
I yearn for a tear
Over my love dear
Because I am a dove, I just forgot how to grow
I got lost, and forgot patience is slow
I am love, and I am a dove
I used to play pretend, but now I know
I’d much rather watch you grow, little love
Then dig you up too late, just a dead dove…my little love.
