Love For Me Is Not Meant To Be
When at first I try to see why love
is not around for me,
I finally realize love for me is not meant to be.
So as I put up with people who pretend,
I get hurt by their games in the end.
I feel like finding a bridge
Where there's no one there to stop me,
It would help of the man upstairs
Would listen to my plee.
When has anyone in this world
ever really cared how I felt?
All they care about is how much money I have,
And how much of it they can get.
No one really cares why
I feel like I want to die,
They just put me in a padded room
and preach to me about life.
Right now Life is the last thing
I really care about,
The only think I want
is to be with someone who really love me.
If such a dream really exists,
then I wouldn't be denied love.
Since no one cares,
I'll be ending my letter now.
If you think you really care,
Then don't come looking
for me.
