My Four Little Angels

Four corners to my bed,
Four angels around my head.
One to watch, two to pray,
And one to keep those fears away.

Four little angels brightening my day,
Elevate my pain and take my worries away.
Their joy fills the room as sweet moments pass,
With laughter that sparkles in the love they amass.

Each angel unique, with a spirit that's free,
In a whirlwind of wonder and pure curiosity.
Through giggles and whispers that float in the air,
They teach me of a love that reminds me they care.

In their eyes shines a world, which is mending my heart,
It is the purest of love to never pull us apart.
With hugs full of warmth that chase sorrows away,
In their presence, I find hope that forever will stay.

Now I have a fifth little angel that no one can see,
This special little angel who watches over me.
My fifth little angel, this one she has wings,
And for the grace of God, oversee's everything.

This Mother of angels knows my times not come,
She tells my four little angels, there's a job to be done.
My Fifth little angel, who carries my heart,
Sends a message of hope, as my world falls apart.

I feel the strength in the power, and their whispers are soft.
Which raises my spirits and my thought they aloft.
When the shadows grow long and daylight takes flight,
They gather around me like my stars in the night.

They give me strength in the power for fighting the fight,
In my darkest of hours, they are my shining light.
You see, my four little angels they don't go by name.
They don't do what they do, for no glory or fame.

I give thanks for these angels, who were sent from above,
They have brightened my life with the truest of love.
From the bottom of my heart, i give thanks for everything you've done.
My four little angels, you are my number one.

Four corners to my bed,
Four angels around my head.
One to watch, two to pray,
And one to keep those fears away.

***For my four little angels***
