Oh, mighty Cupid,
On my knees, I beseech Thee,
Not to spare any heart
From
The sweetest aches of all Thy
Enchanting arrows could
Ever inflict,
Thus
The bliss of the immortals-
Just for this day- every mortal would be
Able to live!
