Nature's Natural Peace (My Favorite So Far)
Nature's Natural peace.
Eagles fly around with joy
As ecstatic as a growing boy
Doves flying with glorious white
And cardinals with their red light.
Wolves howl their many greetings of the moon-lit night
And the panther that is so exotic you would not think it trite.
An owl white as winter hooting to the prey
The peace between nature in the darkness of the day.
Two who are different sitting way up high
A happy couple on a hill staring at the sky.
Nature gathers round from near and far
To listen to the two lovers singing at the stars.
The trees rustling by natures lively whim
And the swans of the lake going for a swim.
If this is not peace then I don't know what is
But the fact of this poem is but a single wish...
