Our Constellation
Our Constellation
Our each shared moment turned to a bright star
Wafting through them tonight
Let us carve our love's constellation
Daub on dark skies
Handful of stardust
As our favorite rhymes
It is a sheer happenstance
We caught sight of paired shooting stars
Falling through our dank air of romance
Filled with whispers of our twined wishes
Rising against gravity
To river of moonbeams flutters our dreams
Oblivious to the article called time
Perchance they bounce back
From brink of faded horizons
Bearing weight of folly of burdened expectations
We would certainly tighten our grip
Floating in yatch of love
It would then surpass
Steep fall of ego and schemed calculations
Holding each other tender yet tight
And never letting go
For we are weaving a love's constellation
Beyond abilities of astrologers
To decipher out our scribbled love in skies
