There are people we meet in life who we remember, always, with love and light;
Where you each move on through your own time and space,
And you sometimes check in to see that they're okay;
But we still drift on at the end of the day,
As we navigate our paths through destiny and fate...
But you never consider that one day they'll be gone...
For good...
Forever...
Gone...
And just like that, it's like a mourning song...
But still, life goes on and people survive their traumas,
Each dealing with things in their own sense of wonder;
And we try to hold on to the precious memories of the past -
The love, joys and triumphs overcoming the dark...
And yet, there are those people we meet in life who we remember, always, with love and light;
And no matter the time or space or dimension,
They stay part of your soul, beyond any comprehension...
