“Rest in my arms”
Sometimes it’s hard to put my heart into words
As you lift my spirit higher and I soar with the birds
You bring me to levels of unearthly love
Where time seems to stop from this gift from above
God joined our hearts and I can’t say why
But when he speaks through my words I know I can not lie
And I know in your fear it sometimes gets hard
But I will love you until you put down your guard
And when you do this you will see nothing but love
As you rest in my arms and fit me like a glove
I swell up with joy to just sit in your space
And know you have all of me with Gods precious grace
So surrender to me and let’s fly together
Knowing with me there is no stormy weather
The mysteries of the Universe seen simple and clear
So let go of your past, worries, and fear
So rest in my arms and know its forever
And only when God calls me is when we won’t be together
So now you know in my final plea
Rest in my arms and enjoy life with me
