Why can people not see
That love is the key.
A simple kind act
This is a fact
Could change a life
If you give them less strife
Ease ones load
Be as a guide post on someones road
You do not have to be told
To give a blanket to someone that is cold
Show compassion and love to someone that is old
If from someone, falls tears
Comfort their fears
If hungry give them something to eat
Not such a hard feat
Smile when you greet
A smile will warm a soul
That should be everyones goal
We are all a part of this human race
Remember, love is a part of grace
Life should never be a race
You are remembered, not for what You have, but what you give
On this world we all live
One world one people
Make compassion the steeple
This is how peace comes to be
It seems so easy to see
Set the world free
It is the only way
