Swimming Angels
Our hearts are like doors to our souls,
Opening and closing as we let love in or out.
However, sometimes that door is sealed,
Never to feel the heart ache of love again.
We see the end of all days,
Passing by as we stay.
Filling our souls with hate
Burning between or irises
As the nondescript world in our minds is created.
Touch in silenced by numbness.
Tears spill the deceased blood of our love
We see no more and feel no more.
Just to live again in a place,
Even the devil won’t go.
The Swimming Angels brighten our paths,
Leading us to our damnation.
We follow them cause, we know God has abandoned us,
Leaving us to witness his nonexistence
And to try to deny it.
We perished trying to destroy the Evil within us.
Nevertheless, what we should have fought was the good,
Provoking the Evil.
The good that we let rule our lives;
When we had them.
We believe what we see and see what we believe.
How long until we see what we don’t believe.
To see the reality of everything
And make it into something imaginary.
Don’t call it reality when the life you live,
Is fake.
Let the Swimming Angels lead you to where you belong.
