The Blackness

Black grapes dangling from a vine...
the darker the skin, the sweeter the wine

Black clouds erupting across the sky...
raindrops flowing profusely, echoing a Nubian cry

Black soil with all of its minerals and hidden richness...
solid terrain for life and growth, a cornerstone for human bliss

Black midnight with bright stars abound...
the peace and calm of night projects promise as
a new day comes around

Black coffee, no sugar, no cream...
a taste nothing less than bold, if you know
