The Devoted Friend

I’m your most devoted friend
Though I’m out of sight
Cause you want more time to spend
Within your lonely mind
Why its easy to restrain
The sincerity of love?
Why it must be lots of pain
Pleasures lot is not enough?
Maybe those devoted are
Blooming nuisance, I don’t know
Cause I’m looking from afar
Out of friend list being thrown
Maybe you feel proud of this
It could be a great relief
“Good, I’ve done it, what a bliss!
He can drown in his grief!
I’m a little bit fed up
To hear stories I don’t need
All this stuff is not my cup
And he’s clingy like a weed
I must stop it, now or never
What it came to, shouldn’t be!
Go away! And think whatever
You would like to think of me”.
Have you thought so, I’m not sure
I would like to understand
Could we come to this, if you were
Your own most devoted friend?
