The Poems I Never Wrote
I feel bound to sustain my love for you in this verse,
However, none of what I wrote appears to be terse.
I wished to express how attractive you are,
And say how bright your eyes are like stars.
I wished to tell you that your rays were missed,
I wish to be real when I cease my gist.
I would buy flowers every day if I could,
I have been thinking about this for the good.
To be seen in this unwritten poem of mine,
If I could, I'd tie my heart to your faint signs.
I was thinking about the time I had noted this,
I scrutinized it while kneeling on one pelvis.
I do not agnize how I developed this lyrical idea,
When you embezzle, my best muse with my stria.
