The Wandering Soul
Over hills I walk,
All tongues I talk.
Rivers I crossed,
Pennies I tossed.
and Life goes on.
With women I slept,
Streams of tears I wept.
Silken robes I wore,
Innocent hearts I tore.
and Life goes on.
Every corner I went,
Till my back was bent.
With every sun I watched,
A stick my hand clutched.
and Life goes on
