Thou's Leaving
I stand still
feet rooted to ground
that lays comfortably
under blanket of leaves...
Long strides take past thou
the row of pine trees;
Thick trunks swallowing thou
slowly out of my sight....
The sun starting to sink
along with heart inside;
Thy feet grazing fallen leaves
but mine too numb to feel...
Gramophone singing behind
gently tingling motionless waters;
But my ears only could hear
those last words left behind....
Cold breeze sweeping past
I gaze up at sky in remorse;
The clouds too heavy to carry
started to weep together with me....
All drenched in my story
which ended without a start;
But with that perplexing truth
carved in eyes of all......
