Through the eyes of a child spellbinding

Happy smiles, 
    giggles, 
        laughter what a zing

Crawling, 
    climbing, 
        playing, 
            dancing,
                singing lullabies
Whispers,
     talks, 
        tall tales unbelievable alibis

Puzzled,
     angry, 
        guilty, 
            lonely what are these emotions I’m feeling

Feeling bad, 
    feeling good, 
        which feelings do I like best,..... always loving

Holding attention as though by magic fascinating

I love your face when you look at me

I love to hear your voice and when you smile at me 

Looking and listening very carefully when you’re reading books and talking to me

Everything is beautiful,
    exciting, and 
        fun to me
