Unsent Letter
I like your long wavy hair
Brown it is better than fair
I like your pretty eyes in green
They’re the purest I have ever seen
Or maybe they are hazel?
Beautiful but still as sharp as a razor!
(And don’t worry about being short
Because men like girls of the sort!)
Your glasses are nice and perfectly fit
It is a pleasure to me that we both met
Two colleagues among friends who are many
Trying to gain knowledge but not getting any!
Your smile makes my eyes hurt
That’s the truth, I don’t mean to flirt
Please excuse me for writing about your beauty
But somebody has to, it’s an urgent duty!
Because this kind of perfection must…..
Pass to the next generation
Who wouldn’t have this perfection…..
In even imagination
They will never believe that….
A girl like you had ever been
Because like your beauty they will…
Never have seen
Your charm, miss, is beyond any measure
So everybody should know to have the pleasure
(If this poem is good, it’s because of you
Because I made no effort, I just described you!)
I’m writing this poem about you and….
Asking for permission
And hope not to be misunderstood….
And above suspicion
Because this poem wasn’t meant….
To be a work of heart
It was only meant to be a work of art
I can’t honestly say if this poem …..
Depicts the real glamor of you
But only God can do that….
I just tried to!
