Until next time, maybe

Next time you see me, why don't you say hi?
Next time you see me, why don't you hug me?
Why don't you laugh?
What don't you play?
Why don't you even say what you want to say?
Next time, don't leave me and leave like a ghost.
As the wind blows
The leaves wisp past
It seems you're still so lost.
You are lost in your feelings.
You are lost in yourself.
They are lost in time, drifting by and by.
Next time you see me, stay present and not just say goodbye.
See, we are too old for games.
And too young for tricks.
See, me and you, we go a long way.
See, with me and you, I love when we conversate. I love it when we get wrapped up in a train that takes us into the beyond and never stops at any station.
I love the fluidity in the energy we exchange.
I love this overall sensation.
Next time you see me, I might just wait.
Next time you see me, I'll step aside.
Next time you see me, I want to see that smile.
Next time you see me, I want us to relax and vibe.
I love how we take the time to move on this natural high.
I love how we can be without anyone else, just you and me.
I hope to dance with the rivers time.
I hope we mesh intertwined steadily in a delicate flow.
Our life has cycles that go around in a circle.
I hope this friendship maintains a depth of love with substance that is long-lasting.
I hope to cherish this time.
In this idyllic fantasy, it feels so good to get lost, just you and me.
My heart is expansive with pure, fresh perspectives.
I hope one day you'll open up and welcome me in deep conversation.
