UNSUPPORTED CODE my heart is breaking,
with every lie.
my world is shaking,
i don't know why.
you say you love me,
with all your heart.
how could this be?
that we are apart.
time spent alone, witout you,
is what they say that i should do.
"just move on with your life"
is what they say.
in time,
it will all go away.
i'm trying so hard,
just to stay strong.
it's plain to see,
that i'm in the wrong.
i try so hard to keep from crying,
to stop the feelings that rush over me.
sometimes i feel like i'm dying,
what happened to the time when there
was a "we"?
i messed up,
i see it now.
too late to fix it,
even if i knew how.
so now i fall to my knees and pray,
that we might, just might, meet again,
someday.
i turn back to look at what used to be,
i wipe a tear from my eye,
and i regretfully say "goodbye"
