When You Were Little
I am drawn into your world with a sweet little laugh
As you skip ahead of me then spin into a dance
And run back to my side with your arms open wide
I am drawn into your sweet little devilish glance
I am drawn to your bed with your sweet little sigh
Please read me one more story you softly cajole
As I tuck you to bed with your favorite sweetie close by
Then I am drawn to comply with your sweet little kiss
Each day I am drawn to your orbit with sweet smiles
To see you blossom and grow ever more bright
You are a world full of buzzing effervescent unknown
I find the sweetest of pleasure living in your sweet light
