Why does love hurt?
Why does it make you cry?
Why does it always seem so true,
but turns into a lie?
Everytime I find a love,
it always runs away.
Why can't I find one
that will want to stay?
I always end up getting hurt
anyway I turn.
When will I stop looking for it?
When will I learn?
It's here today, then gone tomorrow.
Sometimes it brought joy, but mostly sorrow.
When will it make me happy?
When will it set me free?
From the loneliness it has brought to me.
