Wintry Dawn
May I touch thee beneath a springtide moon
with the warming of love's rapture
to synchronize our hearts with passion's tune.
Might I taste thine lips within summer's seethe:
soft and flared of cerise red hue;
to quench our pleasures and draw to appease.
Embrace thee I shall amongst autumnal rise:
leaves aflutter,semblable to hearts;
tepid winds breathe upon destiny's devise.
Should we ever part from such lovers' bliss;
thy pray our love shall never verge.
If a day comes to rend us,please remember this:
I shall reach thee amidst a wintry dawn,
in a pang-chilling memory
that no season of other love shall ever thaw.
