It was only a hill but my eyes saw a mountain,
this perception is something we choose to encounter,
taking a deep breath and starting to climb,
while my physical strength did not match my eyes,
which was stronger, my sight or my strength?,
for when the physical gets tired the body needs a break,
while sight keeps seeing and the heart keeps beating,
and the outside cannot do as much while the inside is freeing,
taking the time inside to change perception,
calming the storm inside for a new direction,
changing sight, changing reaction,
knowing that this is the process of loves interaction,
when i say im ready, you made other plans,
and when i say i can't...you show me i can,
this order seems backwards to what the world expects,
you pull me back from myself and direct my steps,
God says you belong to me, and this is the key,
and no man on this earth can take you from me,
this is our relationship...this is our song,
