My Better Half

White, blue and red
With you in life I wed
Babushka you may not like
Moya supraga I will surely like.

I Think of Her Asleep

I think of her asleep at home;
Full of her warmth, I envy our bed.
Wherever all my musings roam
She follows in my head.

My Valentina

Darling eyes I can't resist
Soft hands I caress and miss
Your heart that sings I sire
Pillows you throw slings like lyre

Unwanted Love

Unwanted love, like constipation, a pain in the ***
It will upset you for many days
Once dumped, system cleared, the trouble will pass
You’ll be able to go your separate ways

Chastushka

CHASTUSHKA – two

Hopak is a Russian dance
But it is too fast for me
No! I prefer the six-pack
And a damsel on my knee

Please dear Lulu marry me
I am your slave on my knees
I love you so want to shout
Not for love but for the gout

Pride

Today you celebrate your Birthday
The dawning of a brand new you
Not the day that you were born
But the day that you stood true

The day you confided your secret
The day the world said ‘we know’
The day that the problems started
The day that they started to grow

But you did what anyone would do
You stood by your soul and your heart
And because of your strength, you found her
And now you’ll never be apart

So live your life to the fullest
And love with all of your being
It’s with new eyes that you see the world
Be proud of what you are seeing

What I Need From God

Dear God I want to
     Welcome every morning
     With reduce tensions,
     And glow of smiling faces.

    Increase strengths
    Purify body and soul.
    Working and helping hands
    To achieve my goal.

    Peace and love
    from You to all.

It' S Real - It' S Just Not Mine

IT’S REAL - IT’S JUST NOT MINE

I would love to have a hair day
Good or bad I do not care
Long ago I bought a toupee
Now I cherish every hair

I Read It In the Stars

If I look at your star above
And picture my life from the past
All the other stars, they zoom about
Showing my personality
Disappearing fast

Then one night, the stars were different
A different place and time
I realised that this was what could be
Another life
That could be mine

An hour in front of my place of birth
A journey under the sea
A place that I felt comfortable too
There was someone
There for me

I never thought there would be love
Solitude was my life
Through all the trials and tribulations
I came through
All the strife

I found you in the last place I’d look
Or you found me? I don’t know
All I know is I have you now
I’m never ever
Letting go

Storytime For the Poorly Behaved Child

“I’ll tell you one about the Big Red Dog
He’s big and clumsy but you love him despite this
Well, kids, Clifford's big bones just turned six!
but bad news, he’s got arthritis

Only My Heart

Fly my heart across the seas,
The dense woods and the highlands
Faraway that eyes can’t see
My warm heart, nearby you stand

Far away on the horizon
Nostalgia built up by time
With mother word’s connection
Great forefathers, we remind

Fly my heart in a soft breeze
Be the shadow of your pace
Take care matters you please
Hang around your loving face

Bolster when you are unwell
Support when you get trouble
That’s all my heart can tell
My love for you is sizable

Murder & Love

Sorry cant take back destruction
Sorry can't take back the lies
Sorry cant take the knife out your heart
I murder your feelings and what we started
Guilt is what I feel when I look in your eyes
After all the lies, rumors, stories you still love me
My crime makes me look at myself different
I don't know can I be the same person
you were the victim and I'm the killer
Evertime I have sometime good I destroy it
I murder your trust, love, passion for me
It's killing me more inside
It's making me want to take my own life
because I destroyed someone's else.

Scent of a Woman

Scent of a woman, with the passion, as of a flower
Stimulating senses of the nose
Mamma used to say, I remember, the day and hour
Always have time to smell the rose

Simple Love

Love, love has gone away
swept into the bitter fold of Yesterday
Dream, dream once more
to yearn for Love lost before

Love, love so far gone
taken away by faded sun
Lost, lost to the sprawl of time
I mourn as I've ever done

Lights Out

At first the time seem perfect. Everything seem alright when u think it comes to
the best some one has to turn out the lights. Now the tables have turned and
this is what I have learned.

They Shoot Horses Too

They Kill Horses too

Spring 1945
a horse collapsed
in the street
of starvation
from every door, men in black
with long knives
cut into the beast
before it was dead
meat any flesh
would do
soldiers came
shot in the air
the black-clad men
scurried back
A shot in the head of
the still alive animal
The soldiers left
their officer loved horses
During the night
the civilians came back
at dawn
blood and gore
on thawing snow

Touch Not-

Touch Not…

Love was blooming, wedding.
“Touch not my hair,” said the groom.
‘Twas said because he was balding.
Toupee flew off in wind… Zoom!

Demon Trails

A lifeless body twitching
lying on the ground
With blood and guts folding out
among the cold firm ground

Your wounded eyes beam among
the image on a cross
Thinking of the ones you love
and the life that you had lost

Trying to breathe is getting hard
knowing you talk to much
But you ask God for one last prayer
families heart you wish to touch

You have explored down demon trails
and made up very well
But seeing you forgave no one
you will follow their trails to hell

Her I Love

Her I Love

The moist
smile
that dances
on you lips,
the amazing
brown eyes
that crosses
the room
and
looks
my way,
are they
inviting
my smile
to join yours
for a slow
waltz?

For she, got your blue eyes, smiling

Tango

Forgotten romance
Love is odd
Emotion
We argued a lot
She did me
Harm
Sleeping around
The drinking
She is old now
Like me
We live different lives
But my heart beats
Youngish
When I see her
She used to colour
Her hair red
Now it is grey
She wears a pony
Tail
And her eyes are still
Sea green
But she was
A lousy tango dancer

Appreciative

Appreciative

Six o`clock
In the morning
Is the best time
To get up when it is summer
Stay on the terrace
Inhale the air
Before it gets hot
Make a coffee
Just being alive
Elderliness is to be grateful
For little things

Repentor

The Repentor

The morning rays lay
a carpet of gold
on the bedroom floor.
Last night I stroked
her long, black hair
while thoughts
Flew high,
back to the first
love of my life.
What I have lost
is forever mine.
Shadows deepen
between us
the carpet fades
the floor board
creaks
under the weight
of regrets.
