Message Received

It’s only that I care for you that you need to
This message was a trick
Don’t you want me to be happy?
This message was hidden.
Because I said so,
This message was too hard.
I wouldn’t ask if
This message was a lie
Because I love you, that’s why.
This message was lost in translation.

Why is it the simplest request?
And the most heartfelt questions
Are often met with rules, stipulation, and manipulations?
Only God offers you true love and happiness,
He says, “Come to me all who are weary, and I will give you rest.”

Images of Peace

No trails and traces
Of witching hours,
No tandem rides of battles
And encounters either.
No more tumultuous furors,
And cadence into tempestuous errors.
No sounds of sledgehammers
And Kalashnikovs,
No manipulations, bloodshed
And carcasses and gunshots.
No more beheading infants,
But juvenile and puerile breaths
Are nourished with iridescent.
No genocide and annihilation,
No holocaust and conflagration.
Cessation of innocent blood,
And termination of cadaver flood.
Slavery, bondage and servitude ends,
When the air gets pregnant
With fragrance of love
And these images of peace again.

Bread the Flower

Love not hate
and hate not love.

For they are
and it is people that manifest.

It is the warped personalities that seek
the destruction of themselves that,
murder the collective spirits of us.

It is 4- 12- 2 that embodies the very evil manipulations
of hate.

It is SHE that has made me ):

Alacrity

Alacrity

Choose a topic to jot down
Oh it is a cunning plan
Her smile is full of lies
Manipulations and desperation
Mask a jealous rage
She knows the game all too well
“Off with your head! You don’t fit the bill!”
She grits her teeth
and smiles sugar and spice
Her real game is to marginalise

The rule of life applies
To the rule of art
Diversity and spice
Win the crowds thrice
The real artists analyse, inspire
And deconstruct
But don’t judge.
Alacrity wins the crowds
In the meantime.

Unfaithful

Eyes that hide the truth,
a soul that screams.
Selfish actions from you
that tear us apart at the seams.

A tongue, silver but forked,
your heart was never true.
With your poems and words,
all your promises belied the real you.

Gorgeous though you appear,
your looks will only go so far.
All your manipulations
will eventually show what you really are.

I'm not sure how you managed
to get over on me,
and every time things get hectic
you turn and flee.

I thought we were forever
but you tore us apart
with your lies, controlling ways
but most all, an unfaithful heart.

Rough

Love is a bit of comedy, so be rough with love.

He arranges her one way and then another,
in itchy dissatisfaction. She surrenders to the role
like a silent bystander, a plaything in the hands
of impatience - what does he want?

“Like this,” he says in a schoolteacher’s voice.

The imbalance of power, the almost impersonal
manipulations, the momentum toward surrender,
and then the shocking, primal desire - to meld -
like a gunshot in a canyon long thought empty.

Opium

Humans live lives governed
by opium smoking and addiction
difference is the type of opium

all grow opium
all trade opium
all love opium

Music is opium
for those who love dancing

Alcohol is opium
for those who love dizzy feelings

Love is opium
for those who love, love

Power is opium
for those who love manipulations

Religion is opium
for those who love heaven

The gun is opium
for those who love war and conflicts

Poetry is opium
for those who love mental obscurity

Heartaches

One's heart, One's soul was entrusted, dispensed on a platter with
  good intentions.

Some say love should hurt because love is pain, Love shouldn't hurt
it's an expression of actions and not words.

For what purposes? Ego, Deceit, Double Dealings, Manipulations.

Is Love on a two-way street? Triangles, guards, denials, and heartaches
   all are Complicated.

Healing amidst all the heartaches ingresses comebacks, self defense and
divine protection of healing one's inner being.
