love, romance, summer,
Romantic evening arrived with reason
Reveling outdoors frolicking in fun
Enchanting lovers in blooming season
As you entered with glory of the sun
Sitting on sandy beach holding your hand
Blue moon I witnessed romancing your eyes
Shining intently glimmering your sand
Inviting my vibes to reach for the prize
You found the courage to conquer the tides
Charming blue waters fervently divine
Lifting my emotions where passion rides
Revealing glimpses of sensual sign
Courting amorous winds we walk on air
With avid glare, beaming romantic flare

My favorite family photo
Shows Dad canoeing
With my brother and sister
That’s how I remember him
Peaceful, at one with nature
In awe of the timelessness
At ease with the great outdoors
Just gliding through waves
Surrounded by sounds of emptiness
Of vastness cocooning us
In love with the serenity
Hovering fondly around us
That precious look in Dad’s eye
Can’t be misunderstood
It exudes of happiness
Of a heart bubbling over
Of harmony
Of wholeness
Of life
Of eternity

My Love for Dogs
Dogs cute and fluffy!
Of all shapes and sizes,
some look so puffy.
Some dogs' hair is scruffy.
Comb them, please and make
them sightly!
Grandma and I wrote this poem
together.
A familial treasure, beyond any
measure!

grandson, Eddie)
Short Bio~*
Eddie is studying Poetry and is
thirteen.
He loves a 'Midsummer's Night's
Dream' and was when only ten
when he saw it!

simply for the atmosphere it gives

love, spring, daffodils,
The coming of spring is just a few days away
That glorious time of the year
When the world awakes from it's long winter's slumber
To once again bring joy to all living things
Reborn is the feeling we humans anticipate
A renewed interest in the great glorious outdoors
After too many months of hibernation
We're free once again to explore nature in all its glory
Oh what a feeling!
Every year, this old Earth is reborn
Experiencing the joy again for the very first time
So throw off winter's cloak
Breathe in that exquisite scent
Of the first daffodils, tulips and crocuses
And enjoy love and life to the fullest!

humorous, nature,
I love to be outdoors,
but hiking, I don't commit.
I'll pick the cushy swing,
for my lazy butt to sit.
Umbrella drink in hand,
but lacking the umbrella.
When my life reminds me,
I'm fine without a fella.
Under the old maple,
where my cushy swing does fit.
I really take a chance,
with the bug bites and bird...poop.
With my trustee Schnoodle,
that will never leave my side.
I love to be outdoors,
It's where I feel alive.

Quote By Poet: "As one year ends ~ another is waiting to begin. What will the New Year bring? Only time will tell."
Reminiscing about the past year and
Eagerly waiting for the New Year
Searching now for ways to be healthier
Old foods must be gone
Love for walking more is my goal
Using the great and sunny outdoors
This will bring me much joy
I can see a New Year and a new me
On the horizon
New friends I will find along my way
Smiles will brighten up my face.

childhood, children, crush, cute love, love, school, youth,
Every time my thoughts return to childhood,
Images of her shimmer through my head.
Thinking back to the days when we both would
Go playing outside after we had read.
Rainy days would keep us inside instead-
Recess was never allowed on wet slides.
As the sun came back out, we soon were led
Outdoors; never leaving each other's sides.
Now, she graces these lines, although she hides
Deep within the structure of this rhyme-
Search for where within these lines she resides;
The answer then will be revealed in time.
And, as the story now comes to an end,
I dedicate this to my childhood friend.

My cat loves the spring
She listens to the birdies sing
From the sunroom she watches out
to all the changes coming about
But now she sees another cat
and she paws the window acknowledging that
Though she's an indoor cat to his outdoors
could true love ever be in store
I now feed them both, Stella and Midnight
And to watch them display their affection is quite a sight

I am an aboriginal
Simple and original
I like to keep tradition
I always love my fishin
I am a northwester
Where I like to fester
Under the hot sun
Where I can have fun
I like to get a tan
Whenever I can
I love the great outdoors
Someday I'll see the waterfalls
I'd like to see a croc if not
I'll stand on the top of Ayers Rock
I love the Pilbara land
Always dry and never bland
I have a little girl
She puts me in a whirl
Her name is Shae
She was born in May
I have a little boy
He gives me so much joy
So now you know about me
So young and so free
And that's the way I like to be!

love, wife,
Roses are soft and red..
I scatter a few over our bed..
We lay together in lovers light..
Two hearts up and in flight..
Fingertip caresses to a beat..
Chilled outdoors to an evening of heat..
Now we sleep on sheets of peace..
We share pillows of love that will never cease..
Then wake in a shower of passion to the sun..
There is no other way for us to run..

We did not have air conditioning when I was a child
I spent my time outdoors in the summer,
browning like a cinnamon roll
I loved it!
We have air conditioning now, but I drive my car without it
I prefer to have the windows open
Until the temperature gets to ninety-five
Or I am on a loud freeway.
I am the only person I know who can sit in the sun eight hours
Wearing long-sleeved tops and blue jeans.
The others run inside, screaming for water.
I stay put, wallowing in the sunshine like a joyful unfixed tom cat.

Out on the deck overlooking the lake
The lilacs and bluebirds will keep you awake

My love of nature and the great outdoors,
takes me from a woodland walk on the valley
floor to the highest peaks above loch Awe. Where
I get to see the eagle soar.
Mother nature she gives us the capability to explore
and how I wish to see so much more. A walk on the
sand by the ocean shore. Where me and my daughter
collect sea shells, whilst breathing in that sea breeze smell.

I open my heart to be WiFi for the youth
Words ripped from a love book to erase the hate
Not guaranteed, outdoors the winds are propaganda
It is a circle rotating non stop more of an endless debate
As the breeze massage my skin, I roll a proper ganja
We the forgotten kids glued on drugs
Brain cells killed, intellect spilled, pain is healed
The numb ones begging for hugs
Destroy the blockages,Tetris, the mind is build

Love by your dictation
You write the script
I will follow it to the letter
Tell me how you want the love to flow
And I’ll give it rhythm
No ego
Love at sunrise, shines bright
Love at sunset, yellow gold
Love outdoors, a gentle breeze
Love in matching colours (red)
Love by your dictation
Let it seep, meditation
Let it permeate my being
Love, stimulation
Sweet, morning coffee
Rose petals floating
As you bathe in bubble-love

Before sunrise, I walk outdoors.
I love to trek across what are known as "moors”.
It is early, and there is not much light.
However, the little bit shows me all is right.
Here, tiny droplets of dew make it foggy.
I awaken from my sleep and feel a bit groggy.
Nevertheless, I place one foot in front of the other.
Perhaps there is something new I will discover.
I tread through the territory with camera in hand.
Discriminatingly, I take shots of the land.
Therefore, I have pictures taken early in the day.
Here on this website, I place them on display.

Wed With No Bed
A young couple decided to get wed
But could only afford a garden shed
It would not be homely
With standing space only
As the love nest had no room for a bed.
They did not mind that the shed had no bed
Thinking they would sleep on the floor instead
The nights would be cosy
The days nice and rosy
Sharing sublime luxury of their shed.
They were both sadly too tall for the floor
Couldn't stretch their legs and it made their heads sore
Beneath silvery moon
The happy bride and groom
Sealed their love outdoors with the night in awe.

abuse, anger, april, change, hurt, romance, sad love,
April is here budding the trees.
The bees and creepy crawlers emerge.
the rain clouds burst, starts the showers
Soon our eye are lifted to rainbows
that stretch across our earth
And flower begin to peek through the soil.
Birds sing, cats mate, and children get to play outdoors.
Thirty days of rebirth, renew, and now a days reuse.
When April leaves we May see June !
