friendship, love, passion,
If loving you is wrong
I don't ever want to right.
If loving you is a sin
I outrightly reject righteousness.
If loving you is disobedience
I give in to mutiny.
If loving you is folly
I swear I detest Solomon.
If loving you is madness
I deny not my state of lunacy.
If loving you is an error
I want to keep this mistake.
If loving you is death
I am a living dead person.
But if loving you is life, means life
Believe me...
The state of my heart,
This outpour of my emotions,
The lovely looks in your eyes
And this ranging fire in our hearts
Was written in the stars... .

humor, love,
Unlike the pond life living here
you're the one I hold most dear
knowing you're mine makes me the glad one
I'd give you my heart if only I had one.
A nucleus is all I've got
trapped in a body like a pool of snot.
Though my looks won't cause surprise
as neither of us have been blessed with eyes.
I treasure your touch, and that's not sarcasm
there's nothing like the feel of ectoplasm.
I'm Solomon, you're my Queen of Sheba
for me you'll always be my darling amoeba.
Graceful and slender, a bit of a goer,
one mighty fine super-slime protozoa.
* Just an example of what I'm looking for in the contest I've submitted, folks, although I'm sure you'll do better. Viv *

Mother as wise as Solomon,
beautiful as the purple flush of dawn,
eyes like eccentric moons that quiver in some stationary tarn,
her love dwells like moonlight in my face,
we are familiar to her as a screenplay,
With memory like a sieve,
like a well-ordered cupboard,
ideas spreading with the speed of light,
succeeding each other like an empire of sovereigns,
her words kept ringing in my ears like the ding-dong of a bell.
As flexible as a rubber band,
her smile flashed over her face, like brightness over a flower,
her laugh is like a rainbow-tinted spray,
her words sound like wavelets on a summer shore,
her voice soft and sweet as a tune that one knows.

O Shulammite maiden, Scheherezade,
Beauty becomes you, reigning Majesty
O’er my heart. Enter our locked garden,
Whose perfumed paths lead beneath, peach, pear
And pomegranate -- fruits of our love, samples
Delighting senses: touch, taste, smell, sight, sound.
Tonight, our consummate coupling completes
In delight, our unity of spirit.
As I merge into you, let me feel you
Welcome me warmly, to your fountain of
Life, where Creation’s mysteries conceive.
Our lips meet in surrender, while lightly
My hand rests on your breast sensing beneath
Fingers our synchronization of hearts.

Grant me, O Lord
A heart with the strength of Samson
To break the barriers of indifference
To the needs of my neighbor;
A mind with the Wisdom of Solomon
To identify those who hate me
So that I can love them more;
A soul with the courage of David
To see beyond my wellbeing
To foster the happiness of my neighbor;
The lips that laugh
Along with my enemies,
A tongue that never tires
Of telling the truth,
And the eyes that see your Will
In everything around me.

It was the beginning of a summery season,
In that beautiful dress, adorned with baby blue and pink
Opened back, opened toe sandals; she gave me a wink
That sundress took my breath away, I wanted to say "hello" but lacked a reason

I tried to catch the falling stars
But recalled my power very soon.
But it is a Solomon promise
I'll work hard to fix your smile.
Because it's natural
To bow down before yours laws.
If you are not pleased,
Tell me cost of your smile .
Marble beauty no need to reply
I have sufficient to buy your smile.

ALL POETS SERVE A MASTER
Most poets have a bit of Solomon
Shakespeare and Poe within.
Constantly eager to share their visions
Of love, life, joy and sin.
Some guzzle whiskey
Some sip wine,
Some prefer cola
And feel just fine.
Some smoke pot
Or suck cigarettes,
Some abuse drugs
With lifetime regrets.
Some attend church
And sing of God,
While others make fun
And call them odd.
All have a purpose,
Which drives them to compose.
All serve a master,
Who by free will, they chose.

Behold thou art fair.

it’s my pleasure you are there.
Your children call you blessed.
They praise you in the gates.

There is a truth in my desire,

Emotions like a river freed from it's barrier
A Lazarus break forth from the grave
How sweet to be alive again
Love's blood flowing in my veins
We question not God's timing
Nor the why or how of it
We do know His time is perfect
This indeed is our timeless love

Autumn leaves have lost their color now
Winter's cold has chilled all things
Come away my love, He calls to me
Come to me and learn before this spring
My Spirit longs for more time with Him
While gray clouds bring somber days
He calls to me, come away my love
To a quiet place to set ablaze
A heart that aches from life's hurtful times.
In my distress he echoes
Come away my love; He calls to me
To read His word, give Him all my throes.
An apple tree among the wood's trees
Is my special love; each day
He calls to me, come away my love
How I long to go and with Him stay..

Woe unto the fleshly love
That is wooed by glitter
And the erotic and erratic appetite to have
That leaves the heart bitter
Money and possessions
King Solomon's glory and plunder
Expensive sin and obsessions
The flesh doesn't cease to ponder
But Solomon is famed for wisdom
Even in the light of wealth and notoriety
And a God chosen kingdom
His cause was of divine sobriety
I tell you that the feel of want is Godly
And it's satisfaction ye endeavor to find
That you may revere it fondly
And with your essence it blends and binds

Behold thou art fair.
Songbirds like the morning doves
Angelic in your prayer
Your children call you blessed.
They praise you in the gates.
Strength and honor are your clothing.
As a needy world awaits.
Thou hast ravished my heart my sisters,
like tender grapes on the vine.
How fair is thy love my sisters.
How much better thy love than wine.
Oh hear, all my sweet sisters,
women of the Lord.
Please accept this Valentine with all the love I can afford.

Can we talk about love that never sin?
Can we write about love that speaks?
Is there any saying of love in your heart?
Can we dream of love with a sleek laugh that
Baptise our souls and cupoard our dreams?
Can we play hide and seek in your heart?
Can we bath the issue of hatred and naked envy?
Oh Lucilia! Oh Lucilia!! Oh Lucilia!!!
Lend me your heart I'm going to jerusalem;
For the mass of queens at solomon' temples.
Sit on the roof of my heart now
Let's talk about love and love,
Let's tell the world of beauty of being humans.
Love exist in the air, can we talk about it?
Sit here let's talk about love that comes from the sky.

with joy received me

Affection is no more required
In the world where humanity is proud
Of becoming powerful.
Oases of love changing into deserts.
Yea! we're ready to raise the smoke
From eachother's grave.
Please, don't ever miss the chance to
Make my parents bemoan
Over my dead body.
Because i'm not gonna miss it.
But let us stop to think if,I or
You wouldn't be there so for what
Our dynasty will be.
We're not Solomon or the holy man
Who could understand the tiny
Creatures' language.
Let us go together to spread the message
of God, the message of love.
Let us stop the blood flowing deep
Like water.

Entering the door
After shrouding the porch
With the night of a cold kiss
Darkness climbs the stairs
And engulfs me in its throat
My eyes sink into bottomless sea
With waves in havoc
On which no son of man walks
I sense earth slipping away
From underneath my feet
Groping around heaps of black miles
Of dead cherry blossoms
Scattered on a road to a dark church
I stumble upon ruins of confessions
Chilled with cries of a morgue's frozen floor
Where no candle is kindled
I forget to weep
The least I could wish to relearn
How to shed tears
Is to become a taro leaf after the rains
For there are no more sins left
For me commit
